Can you hear it, can you breathe? REECE
Tail swished from one side to the other, his head was tipped to the side as he found himself in a state of relief to be off the grounds. Amusement was shining through his features, and his tongue slipped over his teeth as the whine touched through his throat. There was an exhaustion that could not be noted, and he found himself staring at the snowless ground. It was such a change from the spot he had been in while being up on top of the mountain.
There was a tilt to the head that could not to be ignored, and his mouth was crossed with a show that he was still so exhausted. There was no need for the state of mind that he had been in for a fair while now to change for any state; his heart was smarting in a way that could not be explained. There had been forever a burning in his chest from the sheer loneliness, but on the fact of the matter, it was time for him to move on.
Now he had a few things he could focus on, one supposed. There was no doubting in his mind that he craved the touch of someone to keep him from passing out dead on the ground. Someone who would make him want to live. For the time being, he was occupying his time with his only friend. Looking after Kesle happened almost naturally, it was second nature to him when he was faced with someone so innocent.
His heart squeezed in reminder of the heartbreak that had been her eyes when he had told her the truth. The dangers of Somerset were far beyond what most realized. When the time came to be faced with the truth, it was never easy. It was hard to believe that someone could so easily get under the skin of another, only to rip and claw the heart out without blinking. The thought was enough to have him shuddering, the pain shining in his eyes as he struggled to keep his mottled body heading straight. The last thing he needed was to throw himself into another seizure.
Still, his ears swished on the top up his head. Someone was out there, someone was going through the forest oh so quietly. It was not a comforting thought, it had his fur going up instantly - wanting to cross their path, wanting to put them down if was needed. Anything to make the pain go away. Just for a little while.

Storm Every storm runs out of rain
She was once again living the life of a lone traveler. The delta pack had disappeared leaving her alone once again. It would bother most and it did bother her to an extent, but she filled her time with traveling and sightseeing. She had traveled quiet the distance from the delta to here, but she loved the long trek. She hadn't been up north yet she she was highly interested in White forest and Everbane Mountain. Being that it was spring it shouldn't be too cold in the north, a perfect time to travel there.
She hopped as she walked, moving with the excitement that ran through her veins. She was feeling good today, hoping that she would get to see some new faces and get a good long look around. She may even decide to stay a few days before making the travel up the mountain. It all depended on what would happen today, she never really seemed to plan things out well she liked to go by how the day went and how she felt. You never know what all could happen in one day.
Moving in a swift stride the black and grey female kept herself alert as she moved, letting her mind wonder. She had an easy time getting along with others, because she was so laid back and easy going. She did tend to get used and abused, but it never seemed to outwardly bother her.
She paused briefly to listen and look around, mostly listen since she had below average sight. She took in the scents in the air as her ears caught the sounds of birds nearby, but nothing else. Continuing on the dark furred female hadn't realized she was heading in a path that would lead her to another until she had heard noise ahead of her. Stopping she looked in the direction, narrowing her eyes to try and see what she was staring at. All she could make out was a rough figure outline.
She moved forward, curiosity shining in her bright yellow eyes. She couldn't see so the next best thing was to approach and she barked to let the other know of her approach not wanting to walk up and spook whoever it may be.
