Hephaestus shifted his weight listening to the darling Red with her question he grinned, "Why yes just give me the word deary.." His lips tingling with the thought of the darker aspects in which it seems that Red's head was at, oh she was a gem for certain. The devil was pleased and carefully watched the lady her slender body laying on the icy ground and it twisted to a more comfortable position and Hep's dangerous eyes couldn't leave the delicate form. Red had turned her body so that Hep would be upside down in her view and then her eyes closed and Hep stepped closer where his large paws would be positioned by her skull. Tangerine eyes watched carefully as her eyelids came open and a question flew from her mouth, "How 'bout my mistress Red? My mate.." His words were indeed heavy but he would continue to explain in just a moment.

Hephaestus lowered his skull closer to her's and then his deadly jaws parted once again, "I have not loved in forever, though I promise you Red I will do my all to try and unfreeze my glacial heart that is if you are willing.." He questioned and hoped that Red would not back away or retract her offer to be here. Hephaestus grinned wickedly waiting for the lovely creature to speak, he hoped that the darling being would agree. Hep would guard her with his life, she would be the only other that he would do such a thing for. Hephaestus would somehow always be close to Red whether she wished for it or not, like a shadow the male would always be there. Hephaestus was actually surprised with his own words but she was such a deadly creature he couldn't help himself, she was perfect in the devil's eyes.

Hephaestus allowed his muzzle to nibble against her own muzzle a bit aggressive but with the delicate skin of the face he didn't wish to leave marks. He paused as he looked deep into her dark eyes, watching for any reaction or reply. Hephaestus honestly couldn't wait to hear the demoness response, curious to see what she may say and where this may lead. Ears tilted back against his skull and then alerted when he heard a rodent scurrying about and the Alpha ignored it. Focusing his full attention on his hopefully soon to be mistress or would she decline? Either way it would be interesting to hear what dear Red would say.

Her lips twitched when he spoke, opening her eyes to see that he was much closer...pretty much standing over her. She blinked up into those tangerine eyes of his, her own black orbs glittering in the morning light. What would he say? But the words that fell from his lips were far from what she had expected. She stared at him for several moments in silence, her jaw slightly open. Wait....what? Had he really just suggested something so.....extreme? The silence stretched on as she leaned over into his leg, breathing in the scent of him as she thought about this newest development. Her first thought was that it was a cruel joke, the type that she would probably play herself. She grinned at the thought, about to come back with a snide remark when Hep spoke again.

She bit her lip, showing the first bit of nervousness since their meeting. Was she really thinking about this? Really? "I..." She hesitated, her warm breath rippling across his dark fur. But this was what she wanted wasn't it? What she had desired since she had first laid eyes on him.....As she thought she felt the pressure of his teeth against her skin. Flashing her own fangs in response, though not in an aggressive manner.....just an action that was Red. She leaned into his touch, reveling in the slight pain of his teeth as they pressed into her hide. Dancing somewhere between pleasure and pain. She leaned back onto the cold earth, dark eyes looking up at the chocolate beast.

"Well....." She began at last, her voice returning to its normal tone. She sat up, letting her body brush up against Hephaestus as she did so. Liking the tingle that it gave her skin. The lightening that flew in her veins. "I could give you an answer....but I would rather show you." She grinned her dark grin, now standing she turned herself about to let her tail flutter across the males face. Yes....yes she would be his mate. And perhaps she could grow to love him.....if she could ever love anyone. It seemed that he dealt with his own demons when it came to caring about another soul. Yes....they made quite the pair. And what better way to seal the deal that to quench her thirst for him.

Would she make a good mistress for him? In ways yes....in others no. They would undoubtedly eventually clash and it would be a disaster. But on the other paw they would be electric. She grinned at the thought, frowning briefly at the thought of him bringing another female into the pack.....she would have to put those bitches into their place for certain. While she might not love Hep yet, she did feel possessive of him.....

"I cant promise that I can melt your heart Hephaestus......." She said, her voice taking on a softer tone. She turned her skull to look back at him, her neck curving in a delicate arch. "And I have already warned you that I have no soul." Her face took on a serious expression, dark eyes locking onto his own bright ones. "But I think we would make quite the pair...."

Hephaestus could feel the heat rising between them watching Red carefully, the look of surprise crossed her face. Hep was indeed curious to see what was passing through her head, what thoughts swarmed about. Nostrils inhaled deeply as he watched her jaws slightly opened which could be bad or good though he was hoping it would be good. Red spoke just a letter, as if she was completely lost for words. Then a word actually escaped her lips and then Red sat up sliding up close and personal to Hep, he could feel the fire between them. The vixen's words were just what Hephaestus needed to know it was quite alright to proceed with his dark and naughty thoughts.

The lady spoke once again and he listened intently to this was going to be her real answer. He understood she possibly could not love just like Hep possibly could not either, but the male was very pleased with the answer. Red was in and she had accepted, the devil couldn't be more intrigued. "Very good my mistress." his baritones rippling in such a noxious yet alluring tone as he forced his massive frame toward her. Feeling the red head against his mocha coat, his muzzle fiercely nipping at her neck in a seductive manner. Then Hephaestus allowed his body to slink around Red like a constrictor and slowly came around to those glorious hindquarters, it was time and the darkness would expel in the most vicious of ways.
