morrigan le fay
I can be friendly when I desire to. Alas, desiring to be more intelligent does not make it so.
Female / 2 years / White Forest
The trees of the xaoc forest stood tall above the earth, their massive presence almost a shield from the outside world. Morrigan had not taken but a handful of steps and she already seemed to be engulfed in shadows. She assumed many would be afraid or timid to enter, for they'd be foolish not to. And it seemed that she was foolish, herself. Morrigan had not even thought twice before entering this wood, she held her head high and walked with confidence as if she had been here many times before.
The she-wolf had called to Chaos, her mind made up of receiving a gift from the mighty spirit, god, whatever it was. She remembered her head feeling light and her closing her eyes one moment in the white forest and opening them the next in this wondrous place. Mist rolled into the clearing she found herself in, keeping close to the ground and wrapping around her feet. She assumed this would make others fearful too. Morrigan knew nothing of the emotion, only her desire for power, however big or small, drew her to this place and it drew her forward once more.
"Goddess?" She all but cooed, her voice soft, almost sing-songy. "I come to request a power - shape-shifting, perhaps. To become another at will. A mighty bird in the sky or a little fly buzzing past your ear. A mighty Grizzly bear to protect the ones I love; a sly fox, able to slip between the shadows unseen. I ask this of you, and in return, I will perform your tasks as they are asked of me, sweet goddess."
Morrigan stopped, her ears swiveling listening for something to hint that she was heard. The jet black female bowed her head respectfully, her eyes watching the ground below her as she awaited a response.
