HALCYON VANATORE
5 YEARS -- MALE -- LONER -- TAKEN -- APPLICATION//BIO - - - Old loner wolf with a distinct inability to say more than ten words per post. Halcyon was born on the mainland near White Forest and was kicked from his pack as a yearling when the constant bullying finally resulted in an explosive reaction that cost him his left eye. He's roamed Somerset alone for four years since then and finally decided to make the crossing to Sharktooth Island in hopes of starting a new life.
//FRIENDS - - - Well, Halcyon is involved in a ~super slow burn~ romance plot on Sharktooth, so he'll likely only be able to have interactions with island wolves for the foreseeable future. That aside, Hal will find it hard to make friends with anyone at all anyway - he's very lacking in social skills from being a loner for so long, as well as having pointedly avoided other wolves for that entire period of time due to a form of PTSD from his exile. But if you can gently press through his shell without annoying him to death, perhaps show him that you care about him without pushing him out of his comfort zone (and believe me, there is a line), he'll slowly start warming up to you. His trust is not easily won and if you break it he'll have a very hard time building it up again so if you're looking to be snakey perhaps don't approach him.
//ENEMIES - - - You'd think it would be easier to make enemies with Halcyon but it's actually quite the opposite. He shies away from conflict in general as his underlying temper can and will take over, although he will stand up for things or people he believes in. Your best bet is probably to attack something you know he deeply respects or holds dear - this is generally why he tries not to keep anything too close to his heart, but if you try hard enough I'm sure you'll find something. A great point of contention to use against him is the reason he was exiled from his old pack in the first place, but you'll have to find that out yourself - either from him or someone close to him who knows. (Which is nobody. Yet.)
//LOVERS - - - [CLOSED - Iiona, eventuallyyyyy]

DIONYSUS AVONARTE
4 YEARS -- MALE -- WHITE FOREST -- TAKEN -- APPLICATION//BIO - - - Sooo interesting thing about this guy. Dionysus used to be a rather friendly, easygoing wolf whose best weapons were his debonair smirk and easy charm. But then, one fateful spring evening, he had a run-in the White Forest alpha which would soon prove to be the turning point of his personality. Some say the old Dimi is still in there, but whatever demon possesses him now will probably not ever let him surface again. Dionysus is now a steely servant - his determination and loyalty have not changed, in fact if anything they've been amplified. But he's lost his boyish charm and replaced it with a darker, sinuous charisma - if you can even get him to hold a conversation with you. A smooth talker no longer, he says only what needs to be said.
//FRIENDS - - - Can a hellhound even have friends? I mean I'm not stopping you, you're welcome to try. Dionysus still has a sense of humour somewhere in there, and he's an attack dog, not a thrall. I'm sure he can still have interpersonal relations. Dionysus values straightforward individuals who aren't afraid to step forward and say what they want. He won't stand for being taken advantage of, but he responds easily to a blunt wolf with nothing up their sleeve. Ironic considering he's partnered to Rubedo but I'm sure that relationship works out somehow anyway hahaha. It's easier to get to know Dionysus if you're sent on task with him or anything similar - having a common end goal to meet puts him more at ease than if he's expected to stand around and make small talk.
//ENEMIES - - - Dionysus doesn't really take things personally anymore, and verbal attacks will do little more than bring a smirk to his face. He is, after all, super strong (literally, thanks Chaos), and the knowledge of this has really bolstered his ego even though he's also distantly aware that other wolves have powers too. If you go out of your way to get under his skin though then he won't take kindly to that - he'll start going from indifference to making sure none of his attention goes to you, up til a point where if you manage to push him far enough, the next thing you'll feel (and probably the last) will be his fangs in your throat.
